Hi. I'm Eniko Krasznai, Your Personal Coach.

I believe that you deserve to feel strong, confident, and free in your own body.

My mission is simple: to help you build a healthier life you love, right from the comfort of your own home.

My Wake-Up Call

Just a few years ago, my health was at rock bottom. I was a heavy smoker, an occasional drinker, and my diet was filled with junk food. Most of my life was spent behind a desk, either at school or at work, and my body paid the price.

Beneath the physical struggles, I was battling a quiet, mental burnout. The anxiety and feeling of being stuck felt suffocating. During the quiet reflection of the COVID-19 lockdown, I had a stark realisation: this couldn't be my future. I had a vision of myself at 80 years old, not struggling with a walker, but actively climbing mountains.

On November 1st, 2020, I decided to change everything. I didn’t just quit smoking and drinking cold turkey; I made a conscious decision to choose a new life. I started small, with simple movements, and gradually built a body I was proud of.

This newfound love for holistic wellness led me to become a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer

From a New Career to a Crippling Injury

I was thriving, helping clients on the gym floor and embracing my newfound strength.

Then, in March 2023, an unfortunate (not fitness-related) accident changed everything. I was left with a slipped disc, a trapped sciatic nerve and muscle injuries that caused excruciating pain down my lower back and leg.

The impact was devastating. I couldn't sleep through the night. Bending over was an ordeal that required me to support my body weight. Every single morning began with a painful, slow warm-up just to be able to move properly.

The injury affected my work, set my fitness progress back by years, and the toll it took on my mental health was immense. I felt trapped in my own body for a second time, but for entirely different reasons. The despair and frustration were overwhelming.

The Turning Point: A Deeper Understanding

My recovery was a slow, deliberate process of re-learning how to move. I continued to train, focusing intensely on strengthening my core.

The real breakthrough came after I completed my Women's Fitness Specialist qualification. Armed with a deeper knowledge of the human body, I began applying targeted myofascial release techniques and specific exercises to the injured muscles.

This allowed the pressure on my spinal disc to ease and my body to finally begin healing.

This journey taught me my most valuable lesson:

Fitness is not just about looking better; it’s about gaining back the freedom of movement

True well-being is about the profound connection between our physical strength and our mental well-being

It’s about building a body and a life that you can truly live in.

Why I Do What I Do

My personal story is the foundation of my coaching. I know what it feels like to start from zero. I know the frustration of being limited by your own body. And I know the path to reclaiming your strength.

That’s why I am so passionate about helping people who are intimidated by the gym, or busy individuals who need fitness to fit their life, not the other way around.

My unique perspective is that building a strong, lean body doesn't require a gym membership or heavy equipment. It requires knowledge, consistency, and a program that honours your body's needs.
