For years, I was "managing" a life that didn't fit.
I was a heavy smoker, desk-bound, and battling a quiet mental burnout that felt suffocating.
I felt stuck—not just in my habits, but in a body that felt like it was failing before I even turned 30.
On November 1st, 2020, I chose a new life.
I didn't just quit the habits;
I began a journey to build a body that could climb mountains at age 80.
🍃 The Injury That Redefined My Work
In March 2023, my foundation was put to the test. An accident left me with a slipped disc and a trapped sciatic nerve (L5-S1). The impact was devastating.
I couldn't sleep. I couldn't bend over. Every movement hurt. Existence hurt.
Every morning, I had to "warm up" for 30 minutes just to move properly. My mental health spiralled because my physical autonomy had vanished. I wasn't just losing my strength; I was losing my connection to the world. Standard advice offered "pain management," but I knew I needed a structural solution.
🍃 Why I Don’t Believe in "Managing Pain"
Standard advice often focuses on temporary relief or lifelong pain management.
As a Women’s Fitness Specialist with an obsession for Biomechanics, I knew I needed a permanent structural solution.
I rebuilt my body from the inside out. By applying targeted myofascial release and precise biomechanical correction, I decompressed my spine and restored its function. I didn't just recover; I became structurally sound. Now, I use that same architectural precision to help you.
